After my first year as an elementary school teacher, I headed into the summer break with an intense desire to live my life for me.
For the first time in my life, I had time to sit with myself, alone. For some, this can be terrifying. But for me, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace when I fully immersed myself in personal development and whole-body wellness.
I woke up each day with the intention to spend my time doing things that light me up and live as the woman I want to be.
